Soon Seng certainly lives up to their motto! They are very experienced, which is very reassuring for us. We had a lot of furniture, a few of which required dismantling and reassembly. This, they did with ease, care and good speed. Also, their teamwork, attitude and politeness make our day. In total, we had over 130 boxes to be delivered; all of them and our furniture arrived without any problems and none was missing. We highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have a hassle-free shift!
We engaged Soon Seng for our house move and were very pleased with their service. They were fast in coming over to provide a quotation and the pricing is reasonable. On the actual day, John and Team came on time and though it was raining, they remained professional, experienced and careful. They wrapped the furniture with care and helped us to dismantle and assemble the beds. Thank you John and Team!
The company was wonderful to engage with from start to finish. They were professional, easy to contact, contacted me as and when required and handled our items well. They were always perfectly on time or early (as requested) from site visit to move day. The move on the day went very quickly despite some rain delays, but I appreciated that they waited so as to protect our items. I will definitely engage with them again for our next move!

These guys are awesome! Before the move Jolene was responsive and helpful with all my queries and requests. They were flexible when I needed to change a few things just before the move as well. On the day a swarm of guys descended on the apartment and had everything ready to go about five times faster than I expected, then at the new place they allowed my wife to direct traffic and set everything up as requested. All for a very reasonable price! Seriously - moving is stressful, but with these guys it was about as pleasurable as it could be. Highly recommend it!
